Communication throughout the process was excellent. Video and pictures of the diamond were provided for my review and approval prior to the ring being made. They accommodated my shipping needs and they provided a tracking number so that I was aware of the rings location. The ring arrived within three days from date shipped. The ring is lovely! The diamond sparkles and the gold is shiny. It’s my new favorite ring! I will likely buy more jewelry from them as I have confidence in their quality and service!
