Round Diamond Hidden Eternity Wedding Band

I have ordered other smaller things from Ouros in the past and always had great communication and timely service. Time estimates have always been more or less accurate and that matters to me. After having a bad experience with having my engagement ring designed by a local jeweler, I knew I had to turn back to Ouros for my custom wedding band (and had them also create my fiancé’s as well for the sake of one stop shopping). I described what I wanted and presented inspiration photos, and after a few minutes of back and forth, I was promised a CAD the next day which, in my experience with local jewelers, is impossible. My hopes were low, but Dhruv was right: the next day, he sent over a CAD of both rings for my approval. After placing the order, it was estimated ~16 days total from order to receipt. I will set it ended up being maybe 10 days more than that, but I’m not complaining. I ordered with enough buffer time, and something of this caliber would have taken at least 8-10 weeks to get done here in the US. A+ service, communication, and pricing as always, and I won’t hesitate to reach out for other wedding jewelry or for a more enhanced version (read: bigger diamonds) of my wedding band down the line!

Vijay was wonderful to work with. He was very patient as we went thru several cad drawings to get the ring to compliment my existing wedding ring. Shipping was fast and ring was beautiful just as pictured. He has excellent communication and keeps you updated with messages and pictures thru the process. I would highly recommend choosing him to design a beautiful piece of jewelry.

Vijay is a genius! First off, I received my ring 2 days earlier!
His shipper packed it so well, it took a bit for me to unravel the packaging. Now to my wedding eternity band. It is much more beautiful in person. The detail on the ring is spot on! I don't even want to take it off! It's a very substantial solid ring. I held it in my hand and I can feel the weight of it. We will definitely order from Vijay again. You won't be disappointed. Love my ring! I wanted a delicate sparkly band and it's perfect...size is just right also! It does take a while to receive because made to order but it's definitely worth it. Great communication with seller too! Definitely recommend. Thank you for my beautiful ring!
