However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Had a very pleasant experience with Ouros for my 10 year anniversary eternity band. They were quick to reach out to me when they found out I wanted to customize another piece on their website. I ended up going with a different band by them, but I cannot stop thinking of the gorgeous ring I passed up. I’ll definitely be keeping Ouros in my future jewelry plans when I can convince my husband I need another ring, haha. The eternity made of radiants is so sparkly and beautiful.
