The rings were stunning and Ouros Jewels got everything right! Their prices are very reasonable and they work with your budget which is what I always look for in a seller. Communication with
Dhruv was great overall, very responsive. Throughout the whole buying process, I've received frequent updates every step of the way. Whenever I inquire, Dhruv would message back promptly. The turn-around-time for the finished product was reasonable, approximately 2-3 weeks for completion, and another 4 days to ship from India to Canada through UPS once the rings were ready. The rings came in a secure package and I am very impressed at how fast they got delivered to me!
Super impressed with the whole experience and will definitely be a returning customer for more custom pieces!
