The Eternity Rings cannot be made entirely of the same ratio of diamonds; there will be variations of 0.10mm in the length, width, and depth of each diamond. That doesn't mean it will have an effect on the overall appearance of the ring design. - Because each diamond is individually grown and made to order, it is hard to match for them to be 100 percent exact. - The above terms and conditions apply only to Wedding Full Eternity Rings.

Shipping Policy:

We offer both express and standard shipping options. With express shipping, once your order is ready and shipped, it will take 5-7 business days to be delivered to your doorstep. If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you.
