If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. This is the overall reason of the 3 rating:

con: earrings did not fit thru my ear – the post was too short//
con: the seller stated dimensions were approved by me - true, I approved the length: never knew I needed to approve the length of the inner part of the earring post//
con: the seller stated earrings fit in the model’s ear – my opinion is either the model is a size zero or a child//
con: the jeweler did not remedy the situation – the jeweler offered to fix the problem if I paid more money

pro: beautiful pair of 10K earrings//
pro: beautiful jewelry box the earrings housed in//
pro: packaging of earrings well protected during shipment//
pro: seller promptly responded to each message sent in a timely manner

conclusion: stuck with an expensive pair of earrings I will never be able to wear - good money gone
