Amazing Product and Customer Experience I found out about Ouros Jewels on a chat forum for lab created diamonds. I had my daughter check out their site for her wedding band. I was blown away by the quality of the diamonds and craftsmanship of the ring all for an amazing price. I was thinking about getting a new wedding band after 35 years, as my original one was thin and I don’t really wear my engagement ring anymore. So I searched the Ouros Jewels site after seeing my daughter’s ring and immediately found a unique design that I loved. I reached out through the contact form and Harnish responded to me right away. We talked about the style, gold type and size of diamonds I wanted. He had three CAD designs made for me with different tcwt diamonds. I chose .50ct stones for the ring. He sent measurements so I could see if it would fit okay on my finger (width and height). He provided a price that was great. In fact a major online lab diamond retailer had a similar ring for a 5x higher price! My husband liked the design and wanted to buy it for me as a Mother’s Day present. Harnish kept me informed during every step of the process as this ring was being custom made for me. The ring arrived today and my husband gave it to me early because we were so excited. It is absolutely perfect in every way. The craftsmanship is nice and the emerald cut diamonds are so clear and bright—top quality stones. I went out for a walk and the diamonds blinded me with the sparkles. I didn’t realize that emerald cut stones could glisten like this. Five stars all around! Will definitely call the team at Ouros Jewels for all my jewelry in the future!

Absolutely stunning! The ring is even better than I expected. The photos don’t do it justice. I ordered the 2mm bezel set eternity band in platinum. It is perfect with my ering. I couldn’t be happier! Vijay is really wonderful to work with- showed me a CAD drawing and videos of my completed ring without asking for it. Great prices and his customer service is top notch.
